RoastDrop Terms of Use

1. License. RoastWare grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use RoastDrop on your devices. You may not sell it or remove its notices.
2. What it does. RoastDrop transfers files directly between paired Windows PCs on your local network. There is no account and no cloud service.
3. Your content and use. You are responsible for the files you choose to send and for having the right to send them. Use RoastDrop only on networks and with people you trust, and in line with applicable laws.
4. No warranty. RoastDrop is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Local file transfer depends on your devices, storage, and network.
5. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, RoastWare is not liable for lost data, lost files, or indirect or consequential damages. Always keep backups of important files.
6. Privacy. Your use is also covered by the Privacy Policy.
